It is indeed a truism, nay, a cliché even, to remark that the children are our salvation. The children are our hope...
The children are (sob) the future. But theriouthly folkth, and clichés aside, the interweb is the right now. And I want my share, I want creative control, and I want it ad-free. I want I want I want.

If you could open up my head, take out my brain, then take a small slice of it... Look at it... Savour it... Ignore it... Then forget all about it, then that's what this Worldwidegimp webs(h)ite is all about: Me Me Me.

The idea was spawned many years ago to create my own space online, but, like many things, it was quickly forgotten. But then, suddenly, wayyyy back in early 2009, I finally started to do something about it. This is the result of that right now here then, available for the whole world* to ignore enjoy.

Who?!

Worldwidegimp was born in the ever-popular tourist resort of Cesspool-sorry, Blackpool (Northern England) in
the mid-1970's. After graduating High School then Art College, WWG left his home town as quickly as humanly possible, ending up in 'Newport Film School', which is now the University of Wales. In fact, the film school itself (Clarence Place) no longer exists, and is probably a block of flats or a giant Starbucks or something equally evil. After graduation, WWG moved to Manchester (famous for Manchester United, Cotton & Guns!) and lived there for exactly ten years... Nine years of which were spent in and around the historic Granada Television building situated on Quay Street. M60 9EA. You knows it. It'll also be a car park soon, or a gigantic drive-thru Starbucks.

Since August 2004, WWG has been living in self-imposed exile in Amsterdam, Netherlands; A pretty city fuelled by sin (and milk!) where anything goes. Upon a night sky, WWG likes to relax with a glass of red whilst watching a fat slab of 1970s exploitation cinema. Naked.
