BELOW: Views from and around the 'sunset pagoda' Shwe San Daw. A great many tourists flock here shortly before sunrise and sunset. It's already getting too crowded here, and I don't know how the archeologists aim to quell the crowds. That said, there is an incredible view of Bagan from here though. The large, elongated building with the pale roof contains an enormous reclining Buddha (see further below).
