Ebisu & Yebisu Gardens. A very relaxed part of Tokyo, Yebisu Gardens includes a Sapporo brewery (actually the head office & beer museum) with adjacent pub, and some swanky restaurants, some of them housed in Yebisu tower, which has some nice views from the 38th & 39th floors. Ebisu is a nice place to eat & drink, and also is home to the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography. The architecture around here is a mish-mash of faux-European styles... it certainly doesn't look and feel like you're in Tokyo, that's for sure. My friend Mareka describes the area as "posh". Quite.
