TOP LEFT: The chill-out zone...
literally!
ABOVE LEFT: 4 statues appear outside the rather nice SAGA museum, which is located on top of the (wait for it) Öskjuhlíð. The Öskjuhlíð is a hill in Reykjavik, which has a circular building surrounded by 6 water tanks on top of it. These tanks supply the water to the centre of Reykjavik. There's also a café on the top floor with an amazing 360º view of Reykjavik!
MIDDLE RIGHT: I'm unsure as to what breed of dog this is, but it appears to be part scrotum. Magic.
LEFT: A witch! A very funny dummy in the SAGA museum. The look on the witch's face is priceless! Anyone seen
Suspiria? Witch!

ICELAND Home page
Situated on the South-West coast, Iceland's capital is a small, but pretty place. There are nice views from the coastline (or should that be ice views), and the people are very friendly indeed. As you can see below, commercial whaling is still big business in Iceland, and if you're from Wales (the country), you can also be hunted & slaughtered by the locals, but only if they have a special permit.
