An often overlooked area of Tokyo is Ikebukuro. Admittedly, there isn't a vast deal to see & do, but there are some nice things to see here. Ikebukuro is split into two sides by the train & metro station, which is -after Shinjuku- the second busiest in Tokyo. The East side has malls & electronic outlets, and more shops. The west side is slightly sweatier, a bit less slick, like parts of Ueno. This is by no means a negative picture I'm painting, I liked the area alot. So below, I've included some day and night shots of the west side, as this was more inetresting (in my opinion). Look below, and you'll see a real, actual J-Punk, and a sign with a lovely lady selling shitty lager-booze. Mmmmm....

I took a few fisheye pics, which works much better in daylight. However, some of the nightshots -although too dark- actually turned out rather nice. I've included a couple of 'em, just 'cos I like the look of 'em an' stuff an' that.
